Job Responsibilities:
5. Periodically collect and summarize the quality performance at customer side, take it as key input for factories improvement
6. Proactively present the improvement and development from factories
7. Deploy the lesson learn for different factories and customersA. Competencies & Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Sufficient computer skills in MS Office as well as in the company´s ERP and CAQ systems
· Well understanding the 8D-Reports and failure analysis tool such as 5 why, FTA, Ishikawa etc.
